TerraSize Terms of Service

You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for activity performed through your account.

Users who are not legally able to enter into binding agreements on their own should use TerraSize only with any consent or involvement required by applicable law.

Do not misrepresent your identity or attempt to access another user's account.

TerraSize provides tools for geographic visualization and comparison, including moving, scaling, rotating, styling, comparing, measuring, saving, and exporting geographic outlines.

TerraSize relies on geographic datasets and third-party mapping services. Geographic boundaries, names, measurements, projections, and other information may contain errors, approximations, delays, or differences between sources.

TerraSize is intended as an informational and visualization tool and should not be treated as an authoritative legal, surveying, navigation, boundary, or government source.

Eligible new accounts may receive a limited TerraSize demo. The current demo provides a limited amount of active-use time. Demo availability, duration, features, and eligibility may change.

A demo is generally provided once per eligible account. Attempting to bypass demo limits through multiple accounts, manipulated browser state, automated activity, or other abuse may result in access restrictions.

TerraSize offers recurring paid subscription plans, including TerraSize Pro and TerraSize Pro+. Current pricing and included features are displayed on the pricing and checkout pages.

Subscriptions automatically renew at the applicable monthly or annual interval unless canceled. Prices may change in the future; where required, users will receive notice before a pricing change applies to an existing subscription. Applicable taxes may be added to the displayed price.

Payments are processed by our third-party payment processor, Stripe. TerraSize does not directly store complete payment-card information.

Subscription upgrades may result in prorated charges or credits according to the billing provider's calculation. A higher-tier plan replaces the lower-tier plan on your existing subscription rather than creating an additional subscription.

Downgrades take effect at the end of the current paid billing period. The exact amount due for a plan change may depend on the remaining billing period and applicable taxes.

You may cancel a subscription through the billing controls on your account page. When cancellation is scheduled for the end of a billing period, paid access continues until that period ends.

Canceling a subscription does not automatically delete your TerraSize account or saved projects.

Except where required by applicable law or expressly stated otherwise, subscription payments are generally non-refundable once charged.

If you believe a charge was made incorrectly, contact TerraSize through the contact page. Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot legally be waived under applicable consumer-protection law.

You retain ownership of original content you create or upload to TerraSize, including custom regions you upload. You grant TerraSize the limited rights necessary to store, process, render, and transmit that content solely to operate and provide the service.

You are responsible for ensuring that content you upload or export does not violate applicable law or third-party rights.

TerraSize provides optional creator-watermark and export-customization tools. Users are responsible for the text, branding, usernames, and other information they choose to include in exports.

TerraSize does not guarantee that using a watermark, export preset, or other creator tool will satisfy the eligibility rules of any third-party social-media, advertising, or publishing platform.

You may not use TerraSize to:

• interfere with the operation or security of the service
• access another user's private data without authorization
• circumvent subscription or demo restrictions
• reverse engineer protected portions of the service except where applicable law expressly permits it
• distribute malware
• abuse APIs or automated systems
• engage in unlawful activity
• violate intellectual-property or privacy rights

TerraSize's software, interface, branding, product design, and original materials are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. These Terms do not transfer ownership of TerraSize intellectual property to users.

Third-party geographic data, maps, imagery, fonts, or other materials remain subject to their respective licenses and attribution requirements.

TerraSize integrates third-party services for functions such as payments, authentication (including Google sign-in), mapping, hosting, email delivery, and geographic datasets. Those services have their own terms and privacy policies.

TerraSize is not responsible for third-party services outside its reasonable control.

We may improve, modify, add, remove, or discontinue features. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.

We may temporarily restrict service for maintenance, security, abuse prevention, legal compliance, or technical reasons.

TerraSize may suspend or terminate access where reasonably necessary because of:

• violation of these Terms
• fraud
• payment abuse
• security threats
• illegal activity
• attempts to bypass access restrictions

Users may stop using TerraSize at any time.

TerraSize is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis to the extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee the absolute accuracy, completeness, reliability, or availability of geographic data or generated comparisons.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, TerraSize and its operators will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the service.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.

To the extent legally permitted, these Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

We may update these Terms as TerraSize evolves. The updated version will display a new "Last Updated" date. Material changes may be communicated through the service where appropriate.
